What we think:

Another dynamic vest from Oneill.  This molded vest design allows no water into the foam, eliminating the extra weight of water typical to other vests.  The molded foam also allows the Boost to be the thinnest vest we've seen, giving complete range of motion with no restrictions.  The only downfall is this vest is not the best floater, but the lightweight thin design are well worth it.  It's a bit stiff when you first try it on, but after a few sets it will mold to you.
