This is the most forgiving high end ski in the world. The Concept is the definition of smoothness and consistency. The dual concave tunnel helps the ski hold edge easily while the huge flat spot assists in the forgiveness that makes the Concept what it is. The Concept is about as reliable as the sun coming up tomorrow. There are not too many sure things, but this is one of them.
What we think:
For beginner to intermediate kids and women, this is the ski to have. This is the first ski we grab when someone says they want to run the course. Holds angle very well, very predictable turns, and extremely stable. You won’t want to shorten the rope with this ski, but it will get you there.
